Ingredients:
- Turkey Breast2 Pounds
- Hot Pepper Sauce1 Teaspoons
- Kosher Salt1 Tablespoons
- Brown Sugar1/4 Cups
- Blackstrap Molasses1/2 Cups
- Bourbon Whiskey1 Cups
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and mix together brown sugar, molasses and whiskey.
2) Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over moderate flame. Bring to a boil.
3) Stir in hot pepper sauce and add salt to taste. Mix and heat through.
4) Transfer the prepared mixture to a bowl.
5) Dip the turkey breasts in the prepared marinade mixture. Leave for 1 hour time.
6) When time, set up the marinated turkey on a roasting pan.
7) Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 225 degree Celsius.
8) Keep basting the turkey with the left over marinade during the roasting process. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
