Cucumber Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat Bread
    2 slices
  • Cream Cheese
    2 Tablespoons
  • Cucumbers
    2
    Sliced
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
    2 Tablespoons
  • Olive Oil
    1 Teaspoons
  • Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Teaspoons
  • Tomatoes
    1
    Sliced
  • Leaf Lettuce
    1
  • Pepperoncini
    1 Ounces
    Sliced
  • Avocado
    1/2
    Mashed

Preparation mode:

1) Using a knife or spoon, spread both slices of bread with cream cheese.
2) Top one slice of cream cheesed bread with a layer of cucumber slices.
3) Top the cucumber layer with a layer of sprouts.
4) Top the sprouts layer with vinegar and olive oil.
5) Then top with tomato slices, pepperoncini. Layer lettuce on top.
6) Now for the other cream cheesed slice of bread, spread it with avodaco. Close and serve instantly!

I learned these Cucumber Sandwich Recipe from one of my friends who owned a bakery in Cuba. Very refreshing and healthy, a perfectly light sandwich treat! The amazing combination of tomatoes, sprouts, cucumbers and avocadoes is an absolute dream dish for all vegetarians out there! A must learn!
