Footnotes:

Cajun flavors are mostly a hit in almost all meat recipes, and their inclusion in this Deep Fried Turkey Recipe doesn't disappoint at all. Moreover, the deep frying implied in this recipe makes the turkey skin crispy and juicy, making this a very delicious turkey dish to have. Peanut oil or vegetable oil, either one would do just as good.
