Cranberry Turkey Breast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Canned Cranberry Sauce
    16 Ounces
  • Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 ounce packet
  • Orange Juice
    1/2 Cups
  • Turkey Breast
    3 Pounds
    Boneless

Preparation mode:

1) Add the cranberry sauce to a bowl and mash using a wooden hammer.
2) Add onion soup mix to the bowl and mix readily with the sauce.
3) Then add orange juice and whisk thoroughly with the mixture.
4) Slightly grease a slow cooker externally with cooking spray.
5) Add the boneless turkey breast to the greased slow cooker.
6) Top the turkey with the prepared cranberry sauce mixture.
7) Set the slow cooker on low setting and cook the turkey for about 7 hours time. Once done, the breast should be super tender!

Learned this Cranberry Turkey Breast Recipe from one of my cousins, and I have got to say, you have got to try this if you love playing around with boneless turkey! This amazing recipe is super easy and super simple and can be served as a stunning main course meal with boiled veggies and mashed potatoes!
