Eat Grain Products Daily

You can give this diet a try in breakfast, replacing what you’d been eating in the morning.
Fruits and Vegetables
Eat at least five servings of fruits and veggies every day. Choose from variety of potato, apple, berries, apricot, peach, pears, oranges, prunes, corns, pea, carrot, tomato, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower. This should be accompanied with glass of orange juice or lemon juice. Both are beneficial to regulate the functioning of your digestive system.
Don’t Use Refined Foods
Don’t use refined foods as these can disturb your digestion to much extent. The refined foods are mostly the highly processed cereals or other such artificial items that aren’t health friendly at all. Their frequent use is okay but excessive intake is not at all health friendly. Choose from a variety of whole-grain products. Serve yourself with flour and fresh veggies to stay fit and active.
Honey is Good
Honey should be used every day, regardless of which climate you live in. This plays vital role in regulating your blood circulation and boosts the functioning of digestive system. Serve yourself with one or two teaspoons of honey with a glass of lemon juice daily before taking your breakfast. This is going to provide your body with instant energy and is a source of protein, vitamins, and other nutrients. Honey is good for children, adults, and youngsters because it is a natural ingredient.
