Pollen Allergies Make You Nauseous
Every type of allergy is known to affect the immune system and disturbs your body functioning. Even the minor allergies can lead to increase the blood pressure, this is why, it is needed to get rid of it. In some of the situations, it is considered that pollen allergies make you nauseous. Let us see if this is true or not.
Impacts Your Immunity
This has been already told that pollen allergies weaken the immune system. These mainly affect the antibody immunoglobulin E, and trigger the mass production of basophil cells. Ultimately this leads the body to suffer from several complications. Such an allergic reaction is caused by intake of unhygienic food.
The Allergic Process
If you are suffering from pollen allergies, then you need to know a little how your immune system works efficiently. Lymphocytes or white blood cells are known to perform multiple functions. These are fundamental components to fight against allergies. In their absence, your body becomes weaker and weaker day by day.
There are two types of lymphocytes:
B-lymphocytes (B-cells)
T-lymphocytes (T-cells)
Both of these types are known to protect the body against invading bacteria, viruses and toxins. If their amount in the body is reduces, nauseous may start occurring.
How White Blood Cells Function
White blood cells move freely in the body tissues and cells, travel from one blood vessel to another round the clock. They tend to attack and kill the foreign substances that cause allergy or impact the immunity negatively. Thus, it is strongly needed to have their proper amount of white blood cells in the body.
Allergic Threats
Due to the multiple types of allergies, these often prove to be threat for your white blood cells and other cells that are responsible to strengthen the immune system. There are several ways you can get rid of this complication. The first is to keep a balance of healthy foods and drinks maintained, the second is you must do exercises and get involved in physical activities to much extent for staying active. The last but not the least is the intake of lesser anti-pain and anti-bacterial drugs and relying more on orange juice because it produces antibodies in the body and keeps it strong.
