How to Survive Summer Heat

Among those so many ways you try to adapt for surviving summer heat, one is the intake of juices and waters. Due to so much work you are to deal with every day, it is impossible to pause your life whether there are summers or winters. During the hot sunny days, you certainly need extra energy. Here is how to survive summer heat effectively.
Hang Out Wet Sheets
This idea starts right from your bedrooms. If you feel that sun-rays are entering your rooms directly and making you feel tired, then hang out the wet sheets in front of the windows and doors. This prevents from the sunlight to enter directly to your rooms, and keeps the temperature normal. In the rooms of children, this is a must to follow tip. Remember to not choose dark colors of wet sheets such as black, maroon, or red. Give preference to light shades like light-blue, pink, and yellow.
Fresh Juices
Orange and mango juices are instant source of energy and keep you fit and active. Summertime is when you need to enjoy such drinks and cut down the use of soft-drinks that can make you obese. Drink as much orange and mango juice as you want. The patients of diabetes should avoid adding their glasses of juice with sugar or artificial sweeteners.
Wear Loose Clothes
Wear lightweight and loose dresses. The men can wear shorts with light colored shirts, while the females can wear silk or cotton dresses during the summers. There are, obviously, no restrictions of clothes for our kids. The stay-at-home moms are to work the whole day in kitchen. Am I right? In this hot weather, they cannot afford wearing some heavy or dark colored dresses. This is why, ask your tailor to get you a range of lightweight and loose clothes to enjoy in summer season.
Take A Cold Shower
Whenever you feel tired and irritated in summers, take no time to enjoy a cold shower. This is an instant and effective way to beat the summer heat. You must take shower every day to stay fit and energetic. A cold shower opens your body pores, and regulates the metabolism. Massage your body with cold oil during the shower to get more freshness.
