Mini Meatloaves Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Egg
    1
  • Milk
    3/4 Cups
  • Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cups
    Shredded
  • Cooking Oats
    1/2 Cups
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Ground Beef
    1 Pounds
  • Ketchup
    2/3 Cups
  • Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cups
  • Mustard Sauce
    1.5 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1) Flame up your oven to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Mix together cheese, oats, salt, milk and eggs in a bowl. Whisk well together.
3) Add beef and mix together well.
4) Form meatloaf shapes out of the mixture and set them on a slightly butter baking dish.
5) Take another bowl and in it, mix together mustard sauce, brown sugar and ketchup. Mix readily.
6) Top the meatloafs with the sauce made in Step 5.
7) Bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on the heat of the oven.

The deadly combo of ketchup and brown sugar gives these amazing meatloaves a very strong, unique and saucy taste. Don't forget eggs, or else you'd make them very hard!
