Cream with Almonds and Carrots Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Carrots
    2 Cups
  • Eggs
    3
  • Brown sugar
    3 Cups
  • Ground cinnamon
    3 Teaspoons
  • Baking soda
    2 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

1) Mix almonds, grated carrots and brown sugar in a bowl.
2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take a pan and grease with butter and spread flour over it.
3) Combine white sugar, oil and vanilla. Don’t forget stirring in the pineapples. Add salt, baking soda, cream, and cheese to it. Spread over the pan.
4) Bake for about 50 minutes till a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Keep in refrigerator for cooling.
5) Frost with almonds and cream cheese before serving.
