Oat and Herb Turkey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk
    1/2 Cups
  • Brown Mustard
    3 Tablespoons
  • Cooking Oats
    1/2 Cups
  • Sage
    1 Tablespoons
  • Rosemary
    1 Tablespoons
  • Plain Yogurt
    6 Ounces
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Whole Grain Mustard
    1 Tablespoons
  • Turkey Breast Fillets
    2

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
3) Take a bowl and whisk together milk and brown mustard.
4) In another bowl, mix together sage, rosemary and oats.
5) Dip the turkey fillets first in the milk mixture and then in the oat mixutre.
6) Set up on the baking sheet and bake for half an hour in the preheated oven.
7) In a new bowl mix together whole grain mustard and yogurt. Mix in salt and ground black pepper.
8) Top the baked turkey fillets with the prepared yogurt sauce. Serve!

Oat and Herb Turkey Recipe is a very easy, simple, unique and tasty way to coat the boneless turkey breasts. If served with a salad or sauted veggies, would make for a very fine meal. If the herbs taste too over powering, use half the amount of each. This dish is also perfect for those on a strict and diet and those looking for health and taste in an easy to cook meal!
