Ingredients:
- Milk1/2 Cups
- Brown Mustard3 Tablespoons
- Cooking Oats1/2 Cups
- Sage1 Tablespoons
- Rosemary1 Tablespoons
- Plain Yogurt6 Ounces
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Whole Grain Mustard1 Tablespoons
- Turkey Breast Fillets2
Preparation mode:
1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
3) Take a bowl and whisk together milk and brown mustard.
4) In another bowl, mix together sage, rosemary and oats.
5) Dip the turkey fillets first in the milk mixture and then in the oat mixutre.
6) Set up on the baking sheet and bake for half an hour in the preheated oven.
7) In a new bowl mix together whole grain mustard and yogurt. Mix in salt and ground black pepper.
8) Top the baked turkey fillets with the prepared yogurt sauce. Serve!
