Ingredients:
- Frozen Asparagus20 Ounces
- Water1/4 Cups
- Margarine1 Tablespoons
- Garlic1/4 TeaspoonsChopped
- Shrimp1/4 PoundsPeeled, Deveined and Cooked
- Hollandaise Sauce Mix1.25 Ounces
- Turkey Breast Cutlets6
Preparation mode:
1) Fill a large pot with water and add Asparagus. Boil over moderate heat for about 5 minutes.
2) Once soft and tender, drain and set the Asparagus aside.
3) Heat up margarine in a skillet over high flame.
4) Fry the turkey for 6 minutes, giving 3 minutes to either side. Set aside.
5) Throw in the shrimp and garlic. Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Heat through.
Note: Make sure you have the instruction manual for the hollandaise sauce
6) Set up each turkey fillet on a serving plate. Top with the boiled asparagus and fried shrimp
7) Cover the whole thing with Hollandaise sauce. Serve instantly!
