Turkey a la Oscar Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Asparagus
    20 Ounces
  • Water
    1/4 Cups
  • Margarine
    1 Tablespoons
  • Garlic
    1/4 Teaspoons
    Chopped
  • Shrimp
    1/4 Pounds
    Peeled, Deveined and Cooked
  • Hollandaise Sauce Mix
    1.25 Ounces
  • Turkey Breast Cutlets
    6

Preparation mode:

1) Fill a large pot with water and add Asparagus. Boil over moderate heat for about 5 minutes.
2) Once soft and tender, drain and set the Asparagus aside.
3) Heat up margarine in a skillet over high flame.
4) Fry the turkey for 6 minutes, giving 3 minutes to either side. Set aside.
5) Throw in the shrimp and garlic. Stir fry for a couple of minutes. Heat through.
Note: Make sure you have the instruction manual for the hollandaise sauce
6) Set up each turkey fillet on a serving plate. Top with the boiled asparagus and fried shrimp
7) Cover the whole thing with Hollandaise sauce. Serve instantly!

My children absolutely love this highly creative and beautiful Turkey a la Oscar Recipe . A delightful combination of Asparagus, shrimp and turkey with the ever flavorful hollandaise sauce. Makes for a perfectly balanced dish. The most surprising thing about this dish is that for its quality and taste, it takes barely half an hour to prepare!
