Ingredients:
- Water1 Cups
- White Rice1/2 Cups
- Cabbage Leaves16
- Olive Oil2 Tablespoons
- Turkey1 PoundsMinced
- Onion1/3 CupsChopped

- Tomato Paste4 Ounces
- Water1 Cups
- Worcestershire Sauce1 Teaspoons
- Lemon Juice2 Teaspoons
- Brown Sugar3 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Add rice and boil for about 20 minutes time.
2) Flame the baking oven up to the 180 degree Celsius mark and slightly grease a casserole dish.
3) Fill another pan with water and bring to a boil. Add cabbbage and boil for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
4) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate flame. Throw in the onions and turkey.
5) Fry until the turkey turns golden and the onion is soft. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
6) Add egg, tomato sauce and the boiled rice to the bowl.
7) Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
8) Take another bowl and whisk together tomato paste, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire Sauce and tomato sauce.
9) Layer the casserole dish with the carrot slices.
10) Fill the cabbage leaves with the prepared turkey mixture and roll them up.
11) Set up the rolled cabbages on the casserole dish, over the carrots layer.
12) Top the rolls with the prepared tomato sauce.
13) Seal the dish and bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven
14) Remove the cover during the last 10 minutes of the baking process. Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving!
