Veggie Sneak In Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
    1
  • Carrot
    1/2 Cups
    Grated
  • Zucchini
    1/2 Cups
    Grated
  • Onion
    1
    Grated
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Basil
    1 Teaspoons
  • Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cups
  • Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Cups
    Grated
  • Turkey
    1 Pounds
    Minced
  • Oregano
    1 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1) Flame the baking oven up to the 180 degree Celsius mark and slightly grease a baking sheet.
2) Take a bowl and beat in the egg.
3) Add zucchini, carrot, salt to taste, basil, oregano and onion. Mix and toss well.
4) Add Parmesan Cheese and Turkey. Blend throghout. Use your hands to mix if felt necassary.
5) Form meatball shapes out of the prepared turkey mixture.
6) Coat the meatballs with bread crumbs and set them up on the greased baking dish.
7) Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve instantly!
