Slow Cooker Italian Turkey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water
    1/2 Cups
  • Brown Gravy Mix
    0.75 Ounces
  • Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tablespoons
  • Oregano
    1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic
    2 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Green Bell Pepper
    1
    Striped
  • Onion
    1
    Chopped
  • White Vinegar
    1/4 Cups
  • Turkey Breast Halves
    1
    Boneless
  • Water
    As much as needed
  • Beef Bouillon
    4 cubes

Preparation mode:

1) Full a slow cooker with 1 quart water and mix in beef bouillon cubes. Mix well to dissolve.
2) Add the turkey to the slow cooker and add enough water to cover the whole of the turkey.
3) Set the cooker on low and cook for 8 hours time.
4) 6 hours into the cooking process, open the cooker and ad green bell pepper, garlic, onion, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and oregano.
5) Once done, take a bowl and mix together water and brown gravy mix.
6) Add the gravy mixture to the slow cooker and cook for 20 more minutes. Serve hot!

This Slow Cooker Italian Turkey Recipe is a carbon copy of Italian beef, instead it uses Turkey. This is a highly versatile meal that can be used as a filling for various kinds of rolls, sanwiches and burgers. It can even be served over rice or boiled pasta of your choice.
