Ingredients:
- Crab Legs with shell3.5 Pounds
- Ears Fresh Corn6
- Butter1.5 Cups
- Garlic3 TeaspoonsChopped
- Red Pepper Flakes1/8 Teaspoons
- Old Bay SeasoningTo Taste
Preparation mode:
1) Add water to a large pan and bring to a boil over moderate flame.
2) Add corn and crab legs to the boiling water. Give 15 minutes this step.
3) Drain both items well enough and leave aside to let cool.
4) Using a sharp thin knife cut 1 or two slits in each crab leg. This would make it easier for those eating to get to the meat.
5) Heat up butter in a non stick skillet over moderate flame.
6) Add garlic, old bay seasoning and black pepper to taste. Stir fry.
7) Add the boiled crab legs and corn. Stir fry in the mixture for 8 minutes time. Serve!
