Halibut Weaver Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mustard Powder
    1 Teaspoons
  • Dill Weed
    1 Tablespoons
  • Jack Cheese
    1 Cups
    Shredded
  • Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cups
    Shredded
  • Mayonnaise
    1 Cups
  • Halibut
    2 Pounds

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Set up the Halbut fish on a baking dish.
3) Take a bowl and whisk together Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and dill.
4) Top the baking dish halbut with the prepared cheese mixuture. Top with more dill.
5) Bake for half an hour in the preheated oven.
Note: Once done, the top should be slightly brown and the cheese should be bubbly!

Footnotes:

Halibut Weaver Recipe is one of the best ways of combining cheese and fish to make a nice and light main course snack meal. If you don't have Jack Cheese, use blue cheese instead. If the cheese flavors turn out too strong, using only Cheddar cheese would also do the business. I love having these weavers with Garlic mayo dip sauce!
