Ingredients:
- Cilantro2 TablespoonsChopped
- Black PepperTo Taste
- Sesame Oil1 Teaspoons
- Rice Vinegar1 Tablespoons
- Soy Sauce1 Tablespoons
- Mirin1/2 Cups
- Black Bean Sauce1 Tablespoons
- Garlic2 ClovesMinced
- Shallots1Chopped
- Vegetable Oil1 Teaspoons
- Halibut Fillets6Skinless
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate flame.
2) Throw in garlic and shallots and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
3) Take a bowl and whisk together soy sauce, rice wine and bean sauce.
4) Stir in the prepared rice wine mixture to the skillet. Mix and bring the mixture to a boil.
5) Turn off the flame and mix in vinegar.
6) Coat the Halibut with sesame oil and black pepper to taste.
7) Heat up the grill for high heat and slightly grease the grill grate.
8) Grill the fish for 10 minutes, giving 5 minutes to each side.
9) Sprinkle Cilantro and serve topped with the prepared sauce.
