Singapore Shrimp Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli Pasta
    1 Pounds
  • Garlic
    2 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Pork Chops
    2
    Sliced
  • Chicken Breast Meat
    2 breasts
    Sliced
  • Vegetable Oil
    3 Tablespoons
  • Onion
    1/2
    Sliced
  • Carrots
    2
    Sliced
  • Bean Sprouts
    1 Cups
  • Soy Sauce
    2 Tablespoons
  • Yellow Curry Powderq
    3 Tablespoons
  • Frozen Shrimp
    6 Ounces

Preparation mode:

1) Being slighlty salted water to a boil and add in the pasta.
2) Boil for around 12 minutes time. Drain well and leave aside to let cool.
3) Take a fry pan heat some oil in it. Stir fry the chicken with pork and garlic over high flame for a couple minutes.
4) Turn the flame down to moderate and throw in carrots, onion and add water. Mix well and cover the skillet.
5) Leave to boil for about 5 minutes time. Add shrimp and cook for a couple more minutes.
6) Sprinkle curry powder and stir in soy sauce. Mix and coat well throughout.
7) Add the bean sprouts and distribute them thoroughly within the mixture. Cook for about 5 minutes
8) Add in the boiled pasta. Coat and heat through. Serve!
