Ingredients:
- Turkey2 CupsPre Cooked and Chopped
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Cumin1/2 Teaspoons
- Green Bell Peppers2Diced
- Onion1Chopped
- Vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons
- Sweet Potatoes4Peeled and Diced
Preparation mode:
1) Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
2) Add potatoes and boil for 6 minutes. Drain and leave aside.
3) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame. Stir fry the green pepper and onions for a couple minutes.
4) Sprinkle cumin, followed by salt and ground black pepper to taste.
5) Take a bowl and mix together turkeu, onion garlic mixture and boiled sweet potatoes.
6) Heat up oil in another skillet over moderate flame.
7) Throw in the toss sweet potato mixture. Press using a steel plate or large spoon.
8) Cook until the bottom side is brown and crispy. Turn and do the same with the other side. Serve!
