Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts8Boneless
- Water1 Cups
- Rice1 CupsPre Cooked
- Ranch Dressing1/2 Cups
- Buttermilk1 Cups
- All Purpose Flour1 Cups
- SaltTo Taste
- Black PepperTo Taste
- Vegetable Oil1 Cups
- Flour Tortillas8
- Lettuce2 CupsShredded
- Tomatoes2Chopped
Preparation mode:
1) Using a cutting knife, on a cutting platter, slice up the chicken into strips.
2) Fill a bowl with butter milk and another bowl with flour.
3) Dip the chicken strips first in butter milk and then in flour.
4) Heat up 1 cup oil a skillet over high flame.
5) Once the oil is super hot, fry the coated chicken strips in it, giving 3 minutes to each side.
6) Add the pre cooked rice. Mix well and then add in the Salad dressing.
7) Heat through for a few minutes and your filling is ready.
8) Fill the tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes and the prepared chicken rice mixture.
9) Roll up the tortillas and enclose in wax paper. Slice if you want to, serve!
